Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HabloApp Inc. websites, business services, and HabloApp Studios games and applications, including Keys Please: Valet Jam, Broo Warz, BizWarz, and Broogle Office. By using our products, you agree to these Terms and to any additional terms shown in the applicable app store, product page, or in-app purchase sheet.
For app store products, purchases are handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the applicable store provider. Store purchase terms, local pricing, taxes, refund processes, family sharing rules, parental controls, and account controls also apply.
Use of Our Products
You may use our websites, apps, and games for lawful personal or business purposes, depending on the product. You may not interfere with our systems, attempt to bypass security, scrape non-public data, abuse rewards or ads, manipulate leaderboards, reverse engineer protected parts of the software, or use our products in a way that harms HabloApp, other users, or third parties.
You are responsible for making sure your device, app store account, payment method, parental controls, and local laws allow your use of the product and any purchase you make.
Accounts, Nicknames, and Leaderboards
Some products may create anonymous or authenticated user profiles, default nicknames, progress records, league rankings, and leaderboard entries. You are responsible for activity associated with your account or device. We may remove offensive names, fraudulent scores, abusive behavior, or entries that appear to violate these Terms.
Leaderboards, leagues, rankings, streaks, tickets, and other competitive features are entertainment features. We may correct, reset, hide, or remove entries affected by bugs, cheating, suspicious activity, refunded purchases, abuse, outages, or operational issues.
In-App Purchases, Coins, and Virtual Items
Some games offer one-time in-app purchases, including consumable coin packs, non-consumable no-ads access, bundles that combine coins with no-ads access, or other virtual items shown inside the app. Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, these purchases are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.
Consumable coins are added to the applicable in-game balance after a successful purchase and may be spent inside the game. Non-consumable entitlements, such as no-ads access, may be restored on supported platforms through the restore purchase flow using the same store account. Consumable virtual currency may not be restorable once delivered or spent, except where required by store rules or applicable law.
Virtual currency and virtual items are licensed for use only inside the applicable product. They have no cash value, are not bank deposits, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money or property outside the product.
When a product includes a "No Ads" purchase, it removes eligible in-game advertising placements described in the product. It does not remove store notices, legal notices, support messages, optional rewarded-ad offers that you choose to start, or messages required for safety, operations, or compliance. Bundle descriptions in the store and in the app define the included coins, no-ads access, and other benefits. For example, the Garage Bundle may include 3,000 coins plus no-ads access when that is stated on the product page or purchase sheet.
We may use app store receipt validation, purchase token validation, server-side entitlement checks, and fraud-prevention systems before granting or restoring purchases. If purchase validation fails, is delayed, or cannot be confirmed, the related item or entitlement may not be delivered until the issue is resolved.
Rewarded Ads and Ad-Supported Features
Some products may let you watch a rewarded video ad to receive coins, retries, bonuses, or other in-game benefits. Rewards may require full completion and confirmation from the ad provider. If an ad fails, is skipped, unavailable, or not confirmed, the reward may not be granted. We may limit rewards per day, product, account, or device to prevent abuse and keep the game economy fair.
Ad availability is not guaranteed. Rewarded ads, interstitial ads, placements, limits, and eligibility may vary by country, device, account status, consent choice, ad provider availability, and product configuration.
Payments, Refunds, and Restore Purchases
Payments are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider, and purchase confirmation happens through the store purchase sheet. Prices may be shown in your local currency and may include or exclude taxes depending on the store, region, and payment method. HabloApp does not receive your full payment card details.
HabloApp may validate purchase receipts or purchase tokens to grant coins, activate no-ads access, restore eligible purchases, prevent fraud, and maintain accurate entitlement records. If a purchase is refunded, revoked, charged back, or otherwise reversed, we may remove or adjust the related coins, no-ads access, virtual items, or leaderboard eligibility to keep the product economy and records accurate.
HabloApp does not control store refund decisions and cannot promise that a refund request will be approved. To request a refund, use the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the store where you made the purchase. Where supported, our apps provide restore purchase functionality so eligible non-consumable entitlements can be recovered on the same store account.
If you believe coins, no-ads access, or another purchased item was not delivered after a completed purchase, use the in-app support flow or the HabloApp website contact form. We may ask for non-sensitive purchase details, such as store, product ID, order ID, transaction ID, or purchase date, so we can investigate without requesting your full payment card information.
Product Changes and Availability
We may update, rebalance, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, content, rewards, virtual items, leaderboards, ads, prices, or products. We work to keep products available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent availability of any online feature.
We may change gameplay tuning, reward amounts, prices, packages, league rules, ad frequency, ticket rules, or virtual item behavior for future use. Where required by law or store policy, already-purchased non-consumable entitlements will continue to be honored or handled according to the applicable platform rules.
Intellectual Property
HabloApp and its licensors own the software, artwork, names, logos, design, gameplay systems, content, and related intellectual property in our products, except for third-party materials used under license or their own terms. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using our products, you also agree to the practices described there.
Children and Parental Controls
Our products are intended for a general audience and are not directed specifically to children under 13 or under the age of digital consent in their region. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors, managing device restrictions, enabling app store parental controls, and approving purchases made from their store accounts.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that the products will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, HabloApp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of virtual currency.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our products if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, abused rewards or purchases, manipulated scores, or used the products unlawfully. You may stop using our products at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless local law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and publish the revised Terms on this page.
