HabloApp Inc. ("HabloApp", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use our websites, business services, and HabloApp Studios games and applications, including Keys Please: Valet Jam, Broo Warz, BizWarz, and Broogle Office.

Information You Provide

When you contact us through the website or an in-app support flow, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, company name, website, message, purchase issue, support request, and contact preference. We use this information to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, operate our business, and keep necessary support records.

Some products may let you choose or edit a nickname for leaderboards, leagues, rankings, or other social features. Do not use personal information in a nickname if you do not want it shown to other players.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use our apps, games, or websites, we may collect technical, gameplay, and product data such as device type, operating system, app version, language, region, session events, progress, levels completed, scores, moves, coins or virtual item balances, settings, rewarded ad claims, leaderboard entries, crash logs, diagnostics, IP-derived approximate location, and security or fraud-prevention signals.

We may create anonymous or authenticated user IDs to save progress, operate online features, validate purchases, prevent abuse, restore eligible entitlements, and provide support. We do not require you to use your real name in our games unless a product clearly says otherwise.

Analytics, Ads, and Third-Party SDKs

Some HabloApp Studios products may use service providers such as Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, Google AdMob, app store services, hosting providers, crash reporting tools, and similar partners. These providers may process identifiers, diagnostics, usage data, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, consent choices, and interaction data according to their own policies and your device settings.

Products with ads may show rewarded, interstitial, or other ad formats. Where required, we may ask for consent before using personalized ads or tracking technologies. You can also use device settings, platform privacy controls, or in-app settings where available to limit ad tracking, reset advertising identifiers, or manage personalized advertising.

In-App Purchases and Payment Data

Some products may offer one-time in-app purchases through Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, or another applicable store provider. Purchases may include consumable coin packs, non-consumable no-ads access, bundles that combine coins with no-ads access, or similar virtual items shown inside the app.

Payment processing is handled by the applicable app store or payment provider. HabloApp does not receive your full payment card details. The store or payment provider may collect payment details, billing identifiers, transaction identifiers, tax information, fraud-prevention signals, and other information necessary to complete the purchase under its own terms and privacy policy.

HabloApp may receive and store limited purchase data such as product ID, transaction ID, purchase status, receipt or purchase token, store platform, purchase date, refund status, revocation status, chargeback status, entitlement state, and support notes. We use this information to validate purchases, grant coins, activate no-ads access, restore eligible purchases, prevent fraud, maintain accurate balances, respond to support requests, and comply with legal or app store requirements.

Refunds, Revocations, and Restore Purchases

Refund requests and billing disputes are handled through the app store or payment provider where the purchase was made. If a purchase is refunded, revoked, charged back, or otherwise reversed, we may remove or adjust related coins, no-ads access, virtual items, leaderboard eligibility, or other entitlements so our records remain accurate.

Where supported, our apps provide restore purchase functionality for eligible non-consumable purchases, such as no-ads access, using the same store account. Consumable coins may not be restorable after delivery or spending, except where required by store rules or applicable law.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve our products, save progress, operate leaderboards and leagues, personalize gameplay, validate purchases, deliver rewards, manage virtual currency balances, prevent cheating or abuse, maintain security, diagnose crashes, measure performance, respond to support requests, enforce our Terms of Service, comply with legal obligations, and understand marketing or product performance.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate hosting, databases, analytics, advertising, authentication, crash reporting, purchase validation, customer support, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance. We may also disclose information if required by law, requested by an app store or platform provider for compliance or billing, or needed to protect HabloApp, users, or the public.

Children

Our products are intended for a general audience and are not directed specifically to children under 13 or under the age of digital consent in their region. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, use the website contact form or in-app support flow and we will take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our products, maintain balances and purchase entitlements, operate leaderboards, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data, product, account state, platform requirements, and legal needs.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or support with account, nickname, purchase, or gameplay data through the website contact form or the support flow inside the applicable app. We may need to keep limited records when required for fraud prevention, security, accounting, legal compliance, purchase verification, or app store obligations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, and alteration. No internet service, mobile app, database, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

International Processing

HabloApp is based in the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.

Your Choices

You can manage certain privacy choices through device settings, app store account settings, consent dialogs where available, and in-app settings. These choices may include ad tracking controls, personalized ads, notifications, sound preferences, restore purchases, and account or nickname management.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and publish the revised version on this page. Continued use of our products after the updated policy becomes effective means the updated policy applies to future use.
